To tight usually wear large but this one really hurts so I’ve ordered a Xl which is slightly bigger and kept the large I feel if right size it will do what it says comfortablly and I will need the large later. Still waiting on the XL no word back from sculpt touch where it is I hope it comes in time. The last shipment didn’t take long at all few days.
