I've wore it a few times since I have received it. Lately it has been pinching my side a little bit but I do feel the tightening when wearing it and if I can get through the pinch I feel on my side I will wear it more often. Just will need to get used to it or fix the pinch/ poking i feel on my side. Overall I'm happy with my purchase!

So originally I bought the correct size but I watched the video and then I wrote in and asked for the size down so when I got that it was too small for me and it hurts so bad so I ordered the correct size again and I'm very confident in the way that it looked with the smaller size that the correct size is going to do me fine and the product will be great it's a great product it's just that I wear an extra large but I shouldn't have gotten an extra large waist trainer I should have gotten a bigge...
