Amazing quality & customer service. My item came exactly as imagined! I couldn’t be more pleased!!

I really like the concept of the sign but there are a number of quality issues. The remote colors do not line up with the color produced and I paid extra to have RGB. The wiring is provided in a shrink wrap tubing which is great, but it was never heated up to "shrink" around the wires and protect them. the Plexiglas bezel had some rub marks due to shipping movement. all-in-all I am happy enough with it but would think twice about getting another one from you.

This has been a horrible experience. The preview images gave the appearance that all of the script lit up, I even asked why the color on the bottom lettering look different and I was never told it didn’t light up. Customer service was great till I received the light. No apology, no compensation nothing! Do not buy from this company they’re plenty of other companies.

My sign arrived broken, they said they would remake it but i have not heard back about this and have no ETA for delivery. You would think that a damaged product replacement would take production priority to make the customer happy.
