The experience from beginning to end was great. The designers were very professional and did not complain about adjustments. I will definitely use your company on my next project. The only problem is that there aren't any directions on how to set up the display from turn on to hanging....Is there a video that shows the process?

I 1ST RECEIVED THE WRONG NEON LIGHT, I CONTACTED THE COMPANY ABOUT THE ERROR, THEY IMMEDIATELY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME THE CORRECT ONE, AND THEY DID. SO THIS IS A COMPANY IS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

My ordered took a little longer than I expected (about 4 weeks), and unfortunately when it arrived the box was damaged and the plexiglass was cracked. I texted the manufacturer, and sent pictures of the damaged box and sign. They immediately made me a new one and had it to me within two weeks. Great customer service!

We wanted something different for our group and the idea of a neon sign came up. I sent you guys our logo. When it came in I loved it and wanted to use it in public not just on a wall. So I made a board to mount it on and it turned out great! Thank you for making it so easy.

Coming up with the design from start to finish was made pretty easy with their help. After the initial design they were able to tweak it to make it extra special. It arrived in a safe package quickly and secure.

I ordered this sign for my husband as a gift for our 5year wedding anniversary and we absolutely LOVE it! The size is perfect. The color is perfect! The image is perfect! The only issue is the remote is a hit or miss on if its gonna work or not i would have rather paid more for waterproofing if i knew there would be issues with the remote. I would 1000% buy again from here. I wish i had another reason to buy a sign already! Thank you so much!
