This bread flour makes the best loaf of any I’ve made. I make it in a Zojirushi bread machine with the following modifications to the GFJules recipe: 1. I have been GF since 2010. Finding a flour that really worked was hard the first year. They just didn’t do justice to the baking I did, especially when made old traditional holiday fare. We love our GF JULES All Purpose Flour. I live in Canada and we order this flour because of how fantastic it is. My daughter is able to have delicious treats and goodies with friends and they have NO idea that they are eating gluten free foods. THAT is a WIN!!
