I can sleep well now knowing that my son's won't mess up the mattress at night as it is waterproof and I have tested personally. It does what it says. Good absorption and no leakage down to mattress. Only thing is it gives bit plasticy feeling while rolling on it. Which is not so much noticeable to everyone.

I won't lie about the delay with my order, but the mattress arrived safely. Been using it for 2 weeks now and i love it, if you would ask me... "It was worth the wait" And the EMI option makes the whole buying experience so good as it gets lighter on our pockets.
The quality of the mattress is really good, for summers it does not feel like it's traping the heat, and i love the way it supports my back.
For improvements:- please do work on your customer support system a bit, as it gets frustrati...

Once ordered Flo mattress I was informed that my mattress is not deliverable to the mentioned address. And gave them alternate address and I had to make frequent call to confirm my address change. Customer support executive Amjit, Ashif and Malika made a continuous follow up and helped me in dispatching the mattress on time and they did a great job.
