This is the second mattress i bought. The first one i used for 4 years and still using it. When wanted to buy a bigger one, never had a thought to buy anything else. The experience of ordering customised one was very smooth. People are very professional and courteous. Ofcourse the quality of the new mattress is excellent as always. My sleep patterns have improved. Mornings are fresh and entire day goes excellent.

1. The mattress is very comfortable, soft, and most importantly useful for people having back pain. (Truly orthopedic mattress )
2. Size of the mattress is accurately mentioned.
3. mattress is light. So it can be easily removed from the bed if required. (Packing was good )

The mattress is really nice, hands down. No complaints with the quality of the mattress. It’s exactly as described. I faced a small issue wherein the mattress came was an inch longer than the size ordered. The customer service is accepting and a bit delayed but they’re doing their job. The pillow is very soft and convenient. Foam inside is very soft. If you feel the size of pillow is more, FOW gave an option where a zipped cover comes with the packaging. We can take some foam out and store in that zipped cover. This way, size of pillow is reduced and we can use the stored foam in future to increase the size of pillow. Its just awesome!!!

I would rate it very highly. It is help to support the back. The edges could have slightly better grip, but it's not a big issue. It also stays cool throughout the night, which is a huge plus.
