Definitely recommend the flavoured packs if you’re going to drink it with water but if you’re into mixing in your shake or tea the unflavoured was great. I am dealing with eczema and psoriasis and this paired with my vitamins really helped heal my skin.

So far the quality of my nails are improving. My nails are sometimes very brittle. I also feel like my hair growth is a lot better this month. I do suffer with hair loss but I can feel new growth when I massage my scalp. My skin is also a lot clearer. I gym a lot so taking collagen really helps with the recovery process. So far, I am quite happy with the product.
