Having being consistent with taking the motherkind glow within, my gut is happy. I am gluten and lactose intolerant which have caused significant heath issues since taking the supplemeny, I am regular without constipation. I feel the glow within. As for the other benefits I will start paying attention as I was more focused on the gut.

Add one scoop of Body Gold and one scoop pf Chocolate Collagen Late into this beautiful Motherkind Container and fill half with water and half of milk. Shake well, and your have a healthy and VERY, VERY nice chocolate milkshake in summer. In Winter use hot water and milk. The best thing about the container is the stainless steel "stirrer" inside the container. What a nice surprise this was, when the container came as part of my last order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All motherkind products are the best👌🏽 Pre-workout came really handy to boost my energy levels before my workout and it tastes amazing. Creatine the flavour is amazing using it together with CLA I see great results and benefits on my muscles and toning my body.
