While the picture itself turned out great. The canvas was not properly stretched. It isn't tight therefore, there are multiple wrinkles in the picture. I spoke with customer service and they sent a new one and resolved the issue. We all make mistakes, they came through and resolved things very nicely. Thank you for the help Doug!
