I purchased the 36” x 48” Lucky You Lucky Me image. It was printed on plastic, basically the material of a plastic table cloth. There are white horizontal lines throughout the entire ”painting” - looks like the printer was low on ink. When I notified the company that I intended to return it, they said they would charge me a 20% restocking fee and that the return shipping would cost me $30-$80. They said the print is supposed to look this way - that the low-ink lines are what the artist envisione...
