I love these! As someone else said, your perception can be different from.reality and these make you see that. I could have gotten the regular too! I've had mine for about a month and they make seeing weight come off when the scale doesn't. I didn't expect to feel more feminine, beautiful, and sexy with mine on! I love love love these waist beads. I love this company in general. I make myself a matching bracelet out of the extra beads from my waist set and i love it so much. I can't stand the thought of just throwing the rest away. I am a light sleeper and i have never had an issue sleeping with my beads on from here. If you do worry it will cause issues with your comfort sleeping then do a clasp closure set that you can remove.
