I orders a few which were too small. I usually buy the tie on waist beads but since I have frequent chiropractor appt they need to be removed for my sessions. I reordered in size 32 bc 30 was unavailable.. still cute just hang a little lower than I like. I didn’t measure and my waist is 28 1/2.

Beautiful! Easy to tie on. Wonderful instruction. Sturdy. Plenty of extra length. Comfortable. The only thing I found difficult is choosing which strands to buy! The are all so colorful and gorgeous!

I thought Iridescent Glow was just a clever name, I didn't realize they actually glow in the dark! I was so excited! Haha! They are very beautiful, and I am more aware of what I eat now for sure.
