So I bought this gorgeous combo of waist beads when I began my weight loss journey.. they help me tap into my femininity and track my weight.. I tied them on my waist line and quickly dropped 10 lbs in 3 weeks so they have fallen below my waist but the colors are so vibrant, and regardless of how many accidental tugs, they do not break! I’ll be getting more for sure!❤️
