I had a great customer service experience with KRK. They are direct and available. I had sent several notes to get the hat aligned with my design expiration and KRK was very receptive. In the end the design is about 90% there. Bottom line, the hat is 100% in the flesh and KRK offers an affordable service to do one off hats on 4 sides with two color thread.
