Been trying a few Believe Supplements lately creatine, Superfoods + Greens, apple cider vinegar gummies, and their flavouring and honestly I like the convenience. The greens mix well, the gummies are easy to take, and the flavouring makes drinking smoothies way easier. The creatine is simple to add into a routine too. Like with any supplements, I just make sure to use them alongside balanced meals and staying active. Overall, a solid addition to my daily routine.

I have always HATED greens supplements because they taste like dirt! This one does not, and I am absolutely thrilled! I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts, and Pump Addict Max is easily one of my favourites.
The energy hits hard but still feels clean, the focus is dialed in, and the pump is unreal. It gives me that locked-in feeling right from the start of my workout and keeps me going the whole session without feeling flat halfway through. I use this protein in my morning coffee absolutely love the way it mixes in and doesn’t change the flavor. It’s an extremely smooth texture. I’ve even convinced my mom and my best friend to do the same and they both love it. Great way to sneak in that extra bit of protein.
