The light arrived in good time . It’s a beautiful light but it’s very heavy & the bulbs are very awkward to put in as you have to take the middle piece out but once up it will be very hard to put new bulbs in without having to take down the light .

It was more like a kit of hundreds of pieces that we had to put together. 70% of the larger glass hanging parts on the main circle of the light were not attached. It took a long time to carefully fit them all back together. They were not all there either. We had to use the spare parts pack that was luckily supplied. Have only deducted one mark because I didn’t think the instructions were very clear. They could definitely be made easier to follow, with more diagrams, but once up and on it is worthy of 5 stars. The only thing that lets the company down is the customer service. Whilst they are responsive enough they seem unable or even unwilling to help you resolve queries for example I was unable to confidently find the correct light bulbs for this light, and needed 15 of them did not want to place a wrong order. I asked for assistance with a web link that I could purchase from (Amazon etc) to initially be told they couldn’t help??...

The light arrived much earlier than we were expecting. It was easy to assemble, but time-consuming. You need to have the light hanging low enough to assemble the sparkly bits on the bottom, before putting it in place. It is also quite heavy.

It's not easy to install, though - the instructions are useless - unclear, and not just because they are badly printed.
Working with the screws that came with the fixture is very counter-intuitive, and the wires had to be stripped some more in order to be connected.
We were able to figure it out, and like the end result.
