I ordered 2 lights for our kitchen (grey), we were delighted with them. Upon inspection we noticed one light had some light scratches on surface. I contacted customer service who replied swiftly and after providing pictures of scratches arranged to send a replacement and told me to retain original as a spare. The lights are stunning, so pleased with them, customer service was excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending site to anyone.
