Delighted with my purchase lights are perfect but wanted to say something about the excellent Customer Services my parcel was delivered to a wrong address by Fedx I contact Thehouselights and told them how concerned I was they replied immediately confirm all details were correct and said not to worry they would track my parcel for me it took two days to be found but delighted with the support I received from Thehouselights good old fashion customer service.

Arrived after a couple of weeks and was well packaged. The instructions were a bit sparse and I elected to get an electrician to put it up because there were 6 pairs of wires to connect up. Once up, it looks great and exactly like the pictures. The white globes are a frosted Matt finish (not opalescent) and a pale off-white colour. It doesn’t seem the most sturdy or heavy duty product. Box says made in China. Price was a bit high for what it is, but I’m happy with it as it looks great.

Nice light, just like the picture. Struggled to fit but eventually got the job done. Placed in the lounge, went for the bright light. Which maybe too bright for some ,depends on your personal preference. It gives a nice bright modern look to go with the media wall we have.

installed , good help would be the cable Tyers on the crystal wires maybe a colour easy to spot , I installed all the crystals ,,,, then went cutting the Tyers , well I did the obvious ones and an hour later im still spotting "another one"

The lights are fabulous, a little larger than I envisaged so probably only need two rather than the three I ordered! Kitchen has been delayed but customer services were more than helpful when I asked about returning if necessary. Only thing I don’t like is having to pay to return things that you order. Other than that though nothing negative to say at all.

Although it took a few weeks to reach us, it was well worth it and looks lovely over our dining table. It is so bright we only needed six bulbs instead of nine! We did have to pay an electrician to come and fix it, which was an extra cost, but as the light itself was a bargain, we didn't mind. We would definitely shop with your company again.

This chandelier is GORGEOUS for the price point. There are others that are more expensive but this looks just as great. All bubble balls are glass and arrived in perfect condition in great packaging.

Installation easy but for the need to substantially shorten the cable because I didn’t want/need a massive drop - for example above a stairwell- and the reason for this is simply because the wiring is not colour coded !

This is a fabulous light for our kitchen diner. It was a bit fiddly to put together but not overly complicated and worth the time and effort. Everyone who has seen it loves it. The only thing is with so many bulbs, it is a bit bright, so we are looking at getting dimmer bulbs.
