The cross locks of the chain. The chain that follows is just ok. But if u use the cross on a nicer chain. Then it locks really good. Good price and quality

Love both the Cuban Chain and Bracelet, they are great looking and fit great. the first set I ordered was a little short so I sent them back to exchange them for a larger size, within a b0ught 4 days after I sent them back, I received the larger size and they fit perfectly, this company is great and trustworthy, I would recommend them to anyone looking for Jewelry.

Made a return on my original order because of chains being too small or too long. Easy return, and request for different chains. Within several days I had made the original return, and actually received the new chains. Very easy and extremely happy with the new chains. Have been wearing 2 of the chains now for several weeks, without ever removing them. Very pleased with the quality even after showering, working out with them on. Would highly recommend these to anyone.

Very strong gold plating and retracts light very well. I did some tests on it and it was able to withstand water, fire, corrosion, and hard tugging. Very good quality

Honestly impressed with the sets I've gotten so far. I first saw the ads popping up on Facebook but I'm naturally distrusting of Facebook ads. Then of course because I clicked on the ad, 30 more chain company ads start spawning everywhere. Shopped around for a bit but ultimately came back to where it started with Balanzi. I looked them up on Trustpilot and what was really important to me is that they were responding to all of their reviews. So far, so good. Will most likely shop with them again.

Everything arrived and was perfect. The silver chain and bracelet are fantastic. The chain will never have to come off it goes with everything! The only thing I hope in the future is you get some longer ones. 24inch is nice but a 26 would also be nice to offset other fashion chains I have. Again, I do love what I received. Great experience, looks great. I wish the bracelet was a 9 to have a little more looseness, but the 8.5 is ok. I’m currently waiting on a the silver longer chains to be available. The 22” is like a choker style on my neck. I can’t wait to exchange it. Customer service help resolved my issue. Just waiting on product to be available. Overall,I’m satisfied. Worth every penny .
