They sent me a 7.5” that was too small I contacted them and showed them it didn’t fit they sent me a new one in 3 days FREE!!! Excellent customer SERVICE i highly recommend them and will be ordering again soon :). Better than zotic jewlrey they take years to ship BALANZI ships extremely fast you gonna go to sleep and wake up to a package lol.

I ordered the silver set! I also have the gold. They sent me the 8mm chain when I had ordered the 12mm. Customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Paul helped me in real time almost responding instantaneously. They then sent me the 12mm silver chain promptly. I am #TeamBalanzi for life. I get compliments and recommend it wherever I go! It's a little short on my neck, but besides that I love the product. Maybe you guys can get like a 24 or even a 26 to fit bigger guys.

Was very sketptical at first. But, after receiving the product, it felt sturdy. It didn't have that metallic smell. I have worn the poduct about two weeks now. I have worn this in the shower, while working out, and also have fallen asleep with it on. It held. I’ve had my Balanzi 12mm chain now for a few weeks as a daily wearer and I can honestly say this chain is quality. The weight feels good, it maintains its lustre whether sweating in it at the gym, sleeping in in, showering and swimming in it. I’m thoroughly impressed at the design and I get compliments on it all the time. I’m so happy with this purchase that I’m thinking of getting a 2nd one in a slightly longer version for some variety. Absolutely recommend it.

This is definitely a great product at a really good price point. Just as they advertise, you can indeed workout, shower and more in this jewelry and it feels easy to wear. The chain and bracelet in my opinion have the perfect weight to them without being over the top, a really good shine and the clasp is top tier. Once it’s on it will be there to stay and I have received a lot of compliments daily. Also, it is easy to layer with other chains if you sometimes wear multiple. Peace.

I really like the chains, but the most impressive fact is the 22" chain seems too short for me so I contacted customer service on their site and in less than 2 hours, Paul, a customer service representative replied and assisted me in arranging an exchange for a 24" chain.

The usual faulty part of a neck chain is the locks. The latest chain you'd sent to me has the best lock in all the chains I'd acquired from Balanzi. Please test the locks more before sending them out to your clients. You do have a good product.

Not going to lie I was skeptical. But from reading every review I took a chance and let me tell you I'm glad I did. The shipping was fast. I had constant emails about my order and how to track it every step of the way. Nice weight to it as well. My only think I would say is I wish it came a little longer. 26' or even 28' . Was going to buy the bracelet separately but getting them together was a better deal. Will be back to get another one no question.

Very good quality. You can tell the clasp on bracelet is upgraded as it holds tight and in lock very well compared to before. The shine on the chains are amazing.

I like the necklace I like the bracelet, even though it was a little small, but I did not like the free gift. It was misleading. I saw a couple rope necklaces for free as the free gift I would rather have had that in silver instead of that little tiny one that I did receive, but it was free so it is what it is, but I’m good with what I got as far as what I wear, I don’t wear that little tiny link
