The hoses and the fittings are quality you can feel it just by holding and coiling the hose, the brass spray and the hose hanger ,is also quality you pay more for it, but you’re not going to have to buy it again tired of replacing hoses every couple of years in fact, I’m going to purchase another 50 foot hose. Love the new tub cover. Had the original cover which was fine, but the newer one is way easier to remove and put back on. I live in a windy area near the water and this new version is much more stable and hasn't budged even in pretty high winds. As per usual, it is high quality and I appreciated the discount given that I was upgrading from the original.

I've communicated via email about this. The cover is a poor design that can easily fall into the hot tub. Dangerous if kids or pets are around. I was told the slats were cut to short but that doesn't make sense because you couldn't get a longer slat into the cover. It would be nice if it didn't require so much stirring to get it to temp within the time advertised. Needs more insulation. Happy with the quality of the aluminum frame and the design

Love using this. Only thing I’d fix is the panels don’t stay in place. I added 25w solar pond pump with battery which circulates the water while heating up and a wireless thermometer so I don’t have to go check or stir when it was freezing out. Now it’s very nice and mild. Really enjoy it. Very high quality.

Customer Service was awesome. I have a different aluminum hot tub but loved this simple solution for a filtration adaptation. We have been through a million hoses (okay a million is an exaggeration but it feels like that) and they all disappointed. The soft and stretchy ones, ripped. The hard and durable ones, cracked. We had terrible cheap ones meld onto our spigot. Terrible… but we decided to spend a little extra and haven’t looked back. This hose is quality, it’s sturdy but bends. It has a natural curl bend so no kinks. And it’s a lovely natural color so it isn’t unsightly in your yard! 10/10 recommend.

We really enjoy the wood fired hot tub. Because we have harsh winters, I insulated the bottom and floated styro-foam insulation, added a plywood top cover and use a stock tank heater to keep the water from freezing.

So far, I am super impressed. I go through many nozzles every year and they either fail due to the water pressure or by tossing the hose down when I work. This one is simple in design and the quality appears high. I have no problem paying for quality if it can take some abuse and stand up to season after season of use.
