1st issue: One day later after ordering, they emailed saying they will do a partially refund as the earrings are actually not in stock anymore.
Then 2nd issue, after receiving the rest of the order (bracelet & necklace), the items looks not new and damaged.
The bracelet was kinda ok, just some light scratches here and there.
However, the necklace was in really bad condition, the pendant is totally dirty (picture for your reference).

I love this! I use it every night to remove my makeup, and am always surprised at how much is still on my skin even when it looks like it’s all gone. It’s gentle around the eyes too, but gets all mascara and eyeliner off. And it’s super easy to clean! I’ve found that the more I use it, the better it performs as the fibers loosen up. Big fan!
