I'M OBSESSED they're so nice- definitely should size up on rings that have thicker bands, but you can size down on the thinner rings. I'm generally a size 5-7 but ordered size 8s and the thicker rings are basically perfect! I used adhesive ring adjusters on the thinner ones since they were loose, but they're so comfortable and definitely worth every penny. I'm saving up $$ for more already :)))
