I thought I was scammed at first because my order was delivered more than 2 wks after I paid via online transfer. I sent several follow-up emails but was never replied to. I already gave up and told myself to charge it to experience. But to my surprise I got a text message from the courier regarding delivery of the item. It was worth the wait bec I love the quality of the product. The fitted sheet is perfect! I will surely order again. Hopefully, delivery will be faster in my next order.

Quality is great! The zippers look sturdy, stitches are good. So happy I took a chance in trying this brand. I also appreciate the pre-wash service--so convenient! Thanks Neatens!

fabric feels great. color is nice too. and the mattress fit is perfect. snug and tight. we don't need to use linen clips anymore to tighten the fit and keep the mattress cover in place.

The item itself is amazing. But in terms of the delivery, Neatens forgot to bundle it together with the other item I ordered. However, despite this issue, Neatens was still able to send the item over the following day. Kudos to Neatens customer service!

Really fast transaction and great same day delivery! I’m not sure what the thread count is but I will say, the sheets are SO SOFT. I got the duvet filler as well and let me tell you, it’s difficult to get out of bed. Definitely worth trying!

The fitted sheet is kinda snug in the corners which I like. The duvet cover has one zipper pull hidden so deep inside that made it a bit hard to close.

Bought the duvet set and worried at first that it didn’t come with the sheets but they were hidden inside the duvet. The sheets are soft and comfy. It’s hard to find decent sheets that are a complete set and for such a reasonable price! I even tried looking internationally and none have come close for price and quality. Considering getting another set :)

Very affordable for the quality it gives! Didn't know there was a set with this price. Since usually the sets I see cost way more. Really happy with my purchase and will definitely order again.
