After 25 days of “ testing” the Shogun from drilling, playing 6 hours/day 5 days a week going indoor to outdoor court surfaces, all I can say is “ WOW”! I LOVE this paddle”! The B&B Loco is the best paddle I've ever used. I am coming from a CRBN 1 Trufoam, into the hybrid loco.
I have insane hand speed, power and control. I was sooo surprised on how much control this paddle has. My old paddle I had it pretty heavy, this one I've only added 2g on each side of the throat and a hesacore grip, it's all I need for extra weight.
Highly recommend this paddle. I felt the instant improvement in my play. Never had that happen before and I've been playing for 4 years.

Paddle felt a little too light but it can me easily fixed by adding lead or tungsten tape.

Unfortunately, I have been sidelined for the past two months due to plantar fasciitis. I have hit the paddle in the garage off a board and I weighted it up a bit. Awesome paddle. I added 4.5 grams to each side at 3 and 9 o'clock. I have another foam paddle core that I thought was pretty good and this is much better. The spin is amazing. My playing partners were like "...wow you are playing great with that paddle". I also like the handle being a little smaller in diameter, with an overgrip on it now, it feels perfect.

July 2024, this is still the best paddle for my game! I was using a Kevlar hybrid paddle but after testing out a friends Filth, I knew almost immediately. My game has been improving steadily with this paddle- from serves to hand battles to dunks to targeted shot placement. I added a little lead tape at each bottom corner and the stability during hand battles is excellent.

I just got to use this after a month of not being able to. Let me just say that this paddle is the best looking thing I have ever seen! It’s so nice and made so well. It looks great, but most importantly it hits really well and doesn’t have any dead spots. The control and lower you get is great! You don’t get that much spin.
