Best Youngla shirt that i ever had! I am 6’4 and weight around 200lbs I got XL and fits perfect! hugs my arm perfect! love how it shapes me as well! will totally recommend it! Also, bonus the pants are also youngla. However, being at 6’4 wont cover it the all shoe but, still love this pants so much as well!
it is an XL and its loose on me as im not that wide from my waist. Overall, Youngla has surprised me with their fits and is my personal favorite to wear at the gym!

I’m 5’2 128lbs, the xs fits loosely & perfect. This is my favorite tshirt b/c I prefer 100% cotton. When it’s the spandex material it just looks too stiff idk.

I’m about 5’11” 180 lbs. According to the size chart, Large was recommended. I chose to go with Medium because I like my shorts to fit a little tighter and shorter and the Mediums fit perfect for me. I do think a Large would have fit just fine as well, so I think these shorts are pretty much true to size, it just depends how you like your shorts to fit.

really liked the baggy pants for workouts and wearing at home. They were comfortable and allowed me to move freely during my workouts. The fabric was breathable and the fit was perfect. The duffle bag is fantastic. The main compartment could be a bit bigger, but seriously all the separate zippered compartments and others are very awesome. It’s great to organized all your gear. It has so many that I actually couldn’t find where I put my Versa Grips. I’d definitely recommend getting this duffle to anyone and the quality is top notch and very well priced ….

Very nice, form fitting, here’s what it looks like on a very mediocre build. (5’7, ~165 lbs) I sized up to an L because I expect to get quite a bit bigger (working out for only about 9 months). It’s slightly tighter than I expected but really not bothersome, it’s what I expected from a compression tee. Cool little subtle designs too, I’m not a big fan of plain compressions.
