The printer is good, but the roll of labels it came with is not. The printer will not recognize them. Since I have two other niimbot printers I used every trick I know...and nope, no luck.
I have rebooted, updated, removed, replaced...you name it.

I have only used this printer a few times. I really like the micro adjustments, when creating a label. But I found that when only printing one label, it doesn’t like to tear off. Almost have to print two labels, to get the right angle for it to cut.

Nice printer with some interesting features, such as being able to connect to a data source, such as Excel. The desktop software is a little concerning as it always gets flagged as malware, however. But overall, the printer works well with some nice output.

The tapes are really good! But I had a small issue as a first experience with M2. The M2 is considered a Pro product.
The first issue is that during the first day I used it some of the labels that I printed they had spots that were not printed at all. So I had to print some labels two times in order to just keep the label that was printed correctly. I believe that this might be the case because the tape inside M2 has taken probably some humidity. After 18 days item has still not been delivered. Contacted customer service twice and they said I should be patient. After receiving an email twice to rate the not received printer I decided to do so.
If I receive the printer this week I’ll probably revise this review. Just be patient…
And it arrived. Printer well packed, stickers not so well.
Printer works fine and is easy to use and really quick.
