I am delighted with the beautiful mug. I think it's very good quality (and I'm fussy) and so shiny and tactile. It was bought for a friend who is grieving for her much-loved dog and I know she will love it.
I loved the choices of backgrounds, styles and colours to customise the mug and I had a lot of fun experimenting to get it just right. It wasn't so easy to find a dog picture as my friend's was a mixed breed, but I think I found one quite similar.
The mug came much sooner that I had expected...
