Ordered the 3 for 2 mugs. All are lovely. I did make a mistake on one, but emailed immediately and Paul promised to put it right. I then emailed him again and asked if there was time to add in another (angel) dog. No problem. Over and above customer service. I am so pleased with the mugs, especially the one which was amended/added to.

I had previously purchased a mug for my partner a few years ago. It has been well used and loved. This father's day we have an addition to our family. 4 month Alfie. We have Biscuit who is 6 and sadly lost our Yorkie ' Buster' a year ago. I was thrilled to find pictures of Biscuit and Alfie and a picture of little Buster with a set of wings. I ordered this from South Africa for my sister who has lost her husband and two dogs in the space of a year.
Loved the fact that I could get Buddy and Oscar, the dogs, with wings. Made all the difference to the finished product.
My sister Joanne loved it and it has pride of place on a shelf in her kitChen.
Just a thought, maybe if it's meant to be on show, make the mug without a handle.

Very cute mug, seems well made and the personalisation is lovely. They didn't have a German Spitz Mittel option, so I went with Pomeranian (silhouette very similar, although Spitzes are larger) and it came out great.
Had another one done for my friend, who recently lost her old labrador and she said "it looks just like her!".
Great purchase, quick turnaround and well packaged etc. Would recommend.
