50 pound bag is great for beginners or more experienced lifters who want explosiveness and power. During our Strongman competition prep, every attendee had the opportunity to throw the bags 10-20 times. I can tell you that seeing these two bags get thrown a combined 750 or so times was awesome. My new 300# Strongman bag was the heavy hurdle in our F3 Jotunheim anniversary celebration. The workout was strongman themed, and as it turned out we only had 1 man out of 38 that could get it all the way onto their shoulder.
However, the bag was lifted alongside the other two big brands and the material/construction quality was second to none. Great product!

I used a mixture of sand and rubber mulch from Home Depot to fill it at about 110lbs to start.
Doing floor to shoulders and bear hug carries at the end of my Kettle Bell work outs has added new life and some fun to my program.

We're getting three more (different sizes). The one we have at Gold's gym in Venice, CA is left outdoors and is used and faded. This guy there was picking it up (150lb bag) and slamming it down (not recommend). Due to it's age and faded condition I expected it to burst, but it didn't so I bought one for my fire station (Hollywood Burbank Airport).

As a beginner a couple months into a 100 lb bag, buying the 150 might have been a bit presumptuous. But after barely being able to lift it off the floor at first, I was soon able to lift it onto the stool. Love these bags and what they are doing to my 62 year old body! Amazing stuff.

Bag seems very well made. It does hold more sand than I expected. I was loading it until it seemed full and it weighed 120 pounds, with room for more. I had to take sand out to get to 100 pounds. Easy to load and unload sand.

Got the bag through the FAFO online challenge and have been doing some TTG workouts for a little over a year. This sandbag got put through the ringer this past weekend and stood up to the test. The bag seems durable yet not crazy rough material which is nice so its not tearing skin on the hands/ knuckles/ and forearms!!

Shipping was fast. The video tutorials on how to fill the bags were helpful. I like that the bags are a little taller and thinner than Cerberus brand bags, as that shape is better suited for exercises where the bag is held vertically (e.g. vertical carries, squats, sandbag over shoulder etc.). Nothing strengthens the body like training with heavy, quality sandbags. I love this product!

I have worked out with sandbags before. They were okay! Freedom Strength sandbag are some of the best sandbags I have used to this day. Rugged quality material with strong stitching, easy to fill. A robust heavy duty zipper closure and Velcro keeps the sand from spilling out! I noticed when dropping the bag sand dust doesn’t cover the floor!

I bought the 100lb and 150lb Atlas bag. I absolutely love them. This video was my first time using one. This is the 100lb. I’m going to get the 50lb next. I highly recommend them! Be prepared to practice. Watch the videos with all of the uses.

This 150 lb white strongman bag is by far my new favorite training bag. The quality is top notch. I really like the white canvas color and it stands out in my garage gym. The material is really surprising. It feels strong and still has a slightly softer feel than the Hussafel Freedom Strength bag and significantly softer than the Cerberus bag. I like that I can go for reps with it shirtless and not scratch my chest and arms up as badly. Not I mind it but the wifey doesn’t like blood on her sheet...

These bags are legit. I got the 50lb and the 100lb bag. Accidentally filled the 50lb to 55lbs but hey… more gains right? I’ve thrown them and let them fall from my back to see how they hold up and zero sand comes out.
