Have used other bags in the past, they often had in the fine print not to throw or drop the bag. Shredded one of those inside of 6 months and always felt I had to be delicate with the bags ever since. After seeing so many videos of people throwing Freedom Strength bags around I wanted to try one. No fine print telling you to be gentle with the bag, and the provided instructions and online presence is unmatched. This little bag is awesome. I bought the 50# for my wife and daughter. My 18 yo is bustin out some ground to shoulders for a great workout. The bag is like my other three.. well-made, tough, easy fill. Don't have any other brands so I can't compare. I will tell y'all, I'm sticking with Freedom Strength. Love this sandbag! I have the XL. I started with filling it at 120lbs, then 130 and now 135 lbs. I use it for cleans,bent over rows, front squats and deadlifts. Purchased the 175 bag and filled it to 183, the weight of my spouse, lol, shhh! It was a grueling first two weeks but with consistent training diet and rest I’m doing ground to shoulder sets for reps within the month. 8 years removed from training and approaching 40, this provides serious real world strength. Awesome bag. I love how there is no flap so nothing scratches or gets in the way when lifting. I have mine loaded to 110lbs right now. 50lb bag of sand in bottom. A trash bag filled with rubber mulch in middle and another 50lb bag of sand on top and then a bit more from a third sand bag to get it to the 110. When I’m ready, I’ll remove the bag of rubber mulch filler and load it to capacity. Highly recommend this quality bag.

I now own the Atlas, Training, and strongman bags. They are all great bags. The Atlas bag is a lot of fun. I enjoy squats, carries, and shouldering and really just love to pick it up. I think all of these bags are worth your money but I think now that Ive used all 3 Id say the Strongman is slightly my favorite if i am being 100% honest but you will love them all.
