This is my third sandbag from FS. As always, its perfectly crafted to hold exactly 200#. This bag is tight and feels like a stone. Big jump from 150. It'll be challenging to build up from just picking it up one time to working with it.. but that's the goal. I'm excited for the challenge. Having been an athlete all my life (and now 57 yo), these bags have sparked fun and excitement back into training. Love it!

This was my first Freedom Strength training bag (I have 3 strongman bags already) and I love it! My last off-brand handled bag started leaking within a few weeks, but this one is extremely durable. I also love the handles, all other training bags I've had have had handles that are way too long and thin, the ones on the Freedom Strength bag are much more functional. It's a great training bag and I 100% recommend it

I’ve been wanting to add something new to my workout arsenal and discovered Freedom Strength on Instagram. Just getting started with sandbag movements, so I went with the 100lb bag filled to 75lb to get used to it. I’m really enjoying how I feel after throwing this thing around! It’s well made and seems like it should hold up to the abuse. I’m planning on picking up some heavier bags as I progresses.

Bought 150lb and 125lb bags. They are awesome!! Filling them takes a little finesse and patience but totally worth it and not difficult. Did it alone with no issues. Bags look great and appear to be super durable. Very happy amd satisfied with purchase

I got the 75lb first and has worked great for EMOM workouts. I decided to get the 175lb bag as that’s my body weight. I worked up to it over the course of a week or so by adding 25lbs at a time. At lower weight the bag is looser and is easier to handle because the bag can be bunched into handles. Very first recommendation is for customer service. He gave a pre order discount for “perceived quality defect” on their part. I’m not seeing any defects and everything about this bag is quality. I’ve used the heck out of my bag in rain and the heat of the day. Easy to grab on to when wet, dry, sweaty or muddy. Bags can hold more weight than shown on bags. Highly recommend! I bought because of @ruggedfitness recommendation.

I now own the Atlas, Training, and strongman bags. They are all great bags. The Atlas bag is a lot of fun. I enjoy squats, carries, and shouldering and really just love to pick it up. I think all of these bags are worth your money but I think now that Ive used all 3 Id say the Strongman is slightly my favorite if i am being 100% honest but you will love them all.

Great product! Been using them nonstop since I got them and plan on incorporating them into my daily training more often. The green bands have an absolute MONSTROUS resistance, tested them with 225lbs and they made the bar virtually weightless. 10/10 would recommend! As always, Freedom Strength Co for the win!

Awesome bag. I love how there is no flap so nothing scratches or gets in the way when lifting. I have mine loaded to 110lbs right now. 50lb bag of sand in bottom. A trash bag filled with rubber mulch in middle and another 50lb bag of sand on top and then a bit more from a third sand bag to get it to the 110. When I’m ready, I’ll remove the bag of rubber mulch filler and load it to capacity. Highly recommend this quality bag.

I purchased the 150 lb strongman bag. I also own an 80 lb training bag and 100 lb Atlas bag. After using all 3 I can confidently say the strongman is currently my favorite of the 3. They are all great. But this strongman bag is truly built different. All your muscles will grow muscles if you use this bag in your training. 10/10 stars. Will be purchasing more in the future!
