I was hoping this sandbag filled up better than the Cerberus bags but i barely got 135 lb into a 150 lb bag with Packing and dropping the bag. So I need to edit the above review because I spoke to someone from freedom strength so turns out I may have received a smaller bag by accident. I will review the new bag when I receive it. Btw customer service was quick to respond and resolve my issue so I changed to five star.

This is a very durable bag. I have used other brands that fell apart within weeks of purchasing and using them. I have already purchased another bag because I am so impressed with the quality.

I had been really bored with lifting weight in any traditional sense but I have been having the most fun I’ve had in a long time with these sandbags. I bought the 100lb white bag and almost immediately bought the 200lb as a challenge weight. I’ll be back eventually for heavier.

Incredibly easy to fill and have had zero leaks. Material is durable and provides great grip. I really enjoy the barbaric simplicity of building strength by just picking up and moving around a heavy ass bag vs the standard plates/bars/weights.

My power bands and strongman bag were such high quality and a the purchase experience was so seamless that when it was time to replace a training sandbag from a different company I went straight to Freedom Strength. Just might be my favorite! I’ve had 4 freedom strength co bags so far: the Strongman 150, the Atlas Stone 150, the 400 pounder filled with rubber and now this one. 125lb Seems to be the sweet spot. I have heavier bags but this one allows me to do more reps of more variety of exercises. It seems to be more multipurpose for clean and press, squats, lunges, carries. Best all rounder in my opinion. I've consistently utilized freedom bags, whether it was strongman bags or recently the atlas stone sand bags. 10/10 would always recommend a Freedom Strength sand bag. I ordered the 150lb thinking I’d be able to man handle it. I was sadly mistaken and humbled very quickly. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had to date. Regarding the products, so far I have thrown the white 150lb bag around and have used the resistance bands, both are which excellent quality. One thing to note is that the sandbags are double lined! The 175 lbs bag, filled with shredded rubber, is the ideal starter bag. Large enough to do bear hug carries, light enough for someone just starting with sandbags. Over time, I hope to move up in weight, and gradually replace rubber with sand.

I have filled the bag but haven’t used it too much yet. So far it seems very high quality and I expect it to last a long time. Very pleased with the whole experience from Freedom Strength so far from looking on their website to making my purchase, shipping, and then receiving a high quality product. With the market being so flooded with low quality sub-par products these days it was very refreshing to get the bag and have it meet/exceed my expectations.

Purchased your 50, 100, and 150 pound sandbags, so that my wife and I can work out together. The overall quality of these sandbags are amazing (I tried cheaper versions from other companies and was very disappointed with weak seams, loose threads, and generally poor construction). I did find it challenging to zip the bags once filled, as the velcro/zipper was super tight... but once everything was sealed up, I'm thrilled with the quality overall. Definitely coming back to you guys in the future!

This is my fourth bag from Freedom Strength. I have the 75 pound, 150 pound and 200 pound now I have added the 125 pound bag. I work out outside I. The Florida heat and rain they are the best and most durable bags. They give me a hardcore workout. The 250 pound bag is next on my list.

The quality of the bag is fantastic. I've done many workouts with it in parks and on beaches with no leaks from the opening and no sign of wear on any seam. The quality is all I could ask for and I'm looking forward to many years of use . It was very easy to fill as well. As good as the quality of the bag is though, I'm more impressed with the customer service. I had some issues with my shipping address (I live overseas) and my email was responded to and the issue was resolved within the day....

I’ll tell you what, these bags are absolutely badass. They are super tough, the multiple zipper/velcro closures keep everything in no matter how you toss these things around. There is something about working out with sandbags that the gym can’t touch. These bags train real world strength with an unbalanced load unlike your EZ curl bar. I’ve purchased cheap sandbags and have had them busted on the first use. Not these. Buy Freedom strength and you may have these for many many years.

High quality product, re: Strongman Sandbag V3. I like 2-tone with a red top. Helps me align on the ground to "roll" it up on my wrists. BUT, IMO, the biggest advantage you have is your intermediate weight sizes: 75 lbs, 125 lbs, 175 lbs, etc... To me, a lack of these sizes is a poor business model.

This bag is solid! Needed to move up from a GORUCK 150# bag, and 175# seemed like a good interim bag before grabbing a 200. Been using this bag for a little over two weeks and love it. Super durabile, easy to fill, and hard to power clean! Definitely the best value for quality on the market…I plan to get my next sandbag training equipment here.

Extremely well built and very tough. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get all 100lbs of sand in this bag but it all fit perfectly. The bag has excellent seals and zippers to close things up as well. If you are looking for a bag for any training this is the one! Highly recommended!

The sandbag is exactly as described. Very sturdy, high quality stuff with a nice grip to it. The bag's sealed with a tough velcro strap, a zipper, and ANOTHER velcro strap. That last strap opens up to reveal a funnel-type design, which makes filling up the bag a breeze. Arrived much, much faster than I had anticipated, and the bag came with a personalized thank you letter, which I felt was a very nice touch. Will definitely be buying from this store again!

It’s heavier than I thought haha. I got used to 100 lbs and moved to 150 lbs and it feels soooo much bigger. At any weight, there is no such thing as an easy sandbag workout.

I've competed in strongman now for over 9 years. For the most part Cerberus is the goto sandbag brand. However, I have noticed for years now that Cerberus also stretch to the point where the bags are floppy and unmanageable. I decided to try Freedom Strength on new 150lb and 200lb bags. I have a rogue 100 lb bag, but I like this one better because it doesn't have the extra velcro cover. Definitely fill with the dry play sand like their video says. I weighed mine at 195 from 4 x 50lb bags. If you are newer to strongman like me, definitely get this 200 bag over the 250. I squat and dead around 495 right now, this 200 lb bag is challenging and forces me to work on technique. I'll come back for the 250 lb (body weight for me) later, and it will be from this great company.

I am using the 50lb sandbag for longer distance shoulder carries. I will use for power clean as well. I also use the 75lb and 100lb. As my strength increases, I will purchase heavier bags. The quality is awesome!
