Fits the 19, 17, 19 with ramjet, 17 with ramjet, and the 34. Fantastic, comfortable, and works with all the full size 9mm glocks. I love the Xiphos Elite! I ordered two and they are great. 9/10 I am carrying appendix but I do like that I can carry from other angles as well if I want because of the flexibility of the holster! So far all of my holsters are from T1C and I don’t plan on changing that.

So a budy of mine has 1 and uses it for off duty carry, we are both active LE.
I loved the look of it and how it fit so I wanted my own. I use it for off duty carry and recently used it for range day to qualify with my off duty.
Fit and function are great and great quality.
Wish I had of ordered the mag holder with it but it's working perfectly with my G43 and TLR6 light.

I’m 5’ 10” 165lbs. I use this wedge to carry a CZ P07 which is pretty large for a concealed carry gun. This wedge makes it quite comfortable and helps with printing even in shorts and a t-shit.
I attached Velcro so I can make minor adjustments to the location of the wedge.

G43X MOS- fits perfect. Not a single flaw I can find. Slide fits snug and smooth. Noticed a small upgrade from past T1 holsters that the magazine holder has a small bump that secures the mag catch. Really like this. I think Tier1 definitely has the best KYDEX sidecar holster in the business but understand it’s not for everyone. At the end of the day it’s just a Kydex holster and like many others but I think Tier1 add small features and details that help you wear it all day every day with comfort...

appendix position along with good kydex is the fastest draw...no doubt. i should have ordered the mag holder for maximun rounds. next time. now using shot timer to increase target hits. hard to get use to position ...but...the trigger guard does its job!!!!

Until recently I was not able to carry appendix style. After going from 320 lbs to 240 lbs I decided to give it a try. This is the most comfortable holster I've used other than making my own. I use the large wide wedge which helps to move the grip closer to my body. I highly recommend this holster to anyone looking for an aiwb holster.

Excellent. I also want to thank tier 1 support for their help in getting a remake taken care of for me. The holster was just a little too short to cover my threaded barrel, it wasn’t their fault, it was mine for ordering the wrong size. Best appendix holster I have had! Had another manufacturer sidecar that was rigid, the APX is much more comfortable. The ability to move the magazine carrier around is awesome. I originally bought it for a gen 5 19, but just got a gen 6 19. The gen 6 fits perfectly in the gen 5 holster.

I’ve been carrying my Glock 19x in the Axis Elite for about 3 months now and I will say it is the most comfortable holster I’ve ever used. I haven’t touched the retention screw ever, the gun goes in and out so nicely right out of the box. Recommend to my buddy who also has a 19x and he loves his as well. Amazing product!

The CZ Shadow 2 is somehow more comfortable and concealable than the sigP365XL…by what I can only describe as witchcraft and wizardry…for those of you on the fence because of price point. I must say this is the most comfortable appendix carry I've used, and I am carrying a full size four and a quarter inch handgun.
