I went in not expecting anything too great. I mean, a custom made vinyl? That's got to be too good to be true, but it wasn't. It arrived within a month and the sound quality is astounding for what I was expecting. And I needed help with switching an image and customer service (Rapunzel) was very helpful. The vinyl sound quality was really good too and I gave them my own music from 15 years ago.
