I’m so impressed! I accidentally sent too long of a song and they replaced it for me no problem! They even let me redo my track list I had put on the sleeve! The vinyl records I had made are awesome! I got 3 done just to see how good they are and I’m blown away with the sound quality!! The cover is sweet and the plastic cover is great to have. I’ll be getting more made soon. The only minor issue was the side b sticker on the album had some bubbles under it but that’s nothing. Shipping was faster than anticipated which was nice. Over all 10/10!

I really love it, only have a few criticisms which makes my particular record imperfect: 1. The vinyl sleeve has folds and creases on 3 out of 4 corners 2. The pitch is warbly and must be adjusted per song 3. High frequencies are somewhat overpowering (I paid for the mastering and provided .wav files)

Made this album with my band and best friends back in 2005, don't really play much anymore but still proud of the album so I had it put on vinyl and hung it next to my old basses I played. I purchased a vinyl and could not be more pleased. I wrote my wife a song for our vows 21 years ago that I took the audio from our recording of our wedding, along with other songs I wrote as well as songs from other artists to make a "mixtape" for my wife for our 21st anniversary. Didn't know how legit getting a customized vinyl would be, this was my first one and I'm pretty impressed. IMAGING: Spent a while making sure I had quality photos to upload, overall they're solid. I would have liked to have had a phone call from someone to go over exact specifics on art work and the way the record would be presented. The customer service was great, and I appreciated the detail through email, I just think a simple final phone call before processing begins would help manage expectations.
