This is the best hosepipe we have purchased. Ideal for us, hubby is 90 yrs and I’m catching him up ! The hose extends and retracts easily, just remember to release all the water from the hose when you’ve finished by pressing the the multiple handle until water stops coming out then simply hang over tap. Love it!

Honestly thought it was wrong size but as soon as the tap was turned it ended up extending to longer than I thought, absolutely brilliant hosepipe, and the brass fittings and connector are also brilliant, my old plastic one leaked, and my tap is inside my conservatory and absolutely no leak at all with this one. I'd definitely recommend this hose, already have to my dad.

the hose arrived the day following our order. It was easy to install onto the outside tap and all the connections worked perfectly. The hose itself was a fraction of the length of our previous hose but covered a much greater distance than we expected. It is so much more manageable - lighter to handle and much easier to store once the water is drained and certainly more pleasant on the eye.
Can't recommend it enough for all gardeners.

I ordered and received my tuff hose on April,Im not sure if I potentially broke the spray gun trying to connect to a power washer but afterwards water was running from everywhere,I contacted tuff hose for advice but they replaced the hose for me and now it's as good as new again.thank you

When I used the hose for the first time, there was a small leak! I got in touch with tuffhose and a replacement was sent out a replacement within the week. I've used it several times the attachments are high quality and the flex hose is perfect for me. I don't have to lug a huge heavy hose through the garden.. Definitely recommend it.

What a revelation! It’s a really impressive product that expands dramatically when the water is turned on yet is light and so easy to manoeuvre.

It's very well made .I like that you can change the sprayer on the end .I have added a longer one so I don't have to bend .Love the fact it has metal fixings .The only down side is it doesn't stretch or shrink like the cheaper ones .I think I will have to get another hose to add on .

Having just moved from a balcony flat to a garden flat, I found myself in need of more than my watering can. Our landlord doesn't allow things to be attached to the walls, so this type of hose is perfect as it coils into a small space. In use, it is leakproof, lightweight, and the spray head offers so many options. Absolutely recommend it.

This hose is brilliant. I have been using it daily for a few weeks now and it performs exceptionally well, with no leakage from either end. It is more expensive than some similar items available, but the last similar (cheaper) one I bought did not last very long - about 5 times before springing a fountain of leaks at the spray end, making it impossible to use comfortably without getting soaked. The hose is exactly as described, light , easy to use, no annoying leaks from any of the fittings and takes up next to no space for storage. We put ours in a small colourful plant pot, much better than the old cumbersome reel. The service was first class, the hose arrived well packed and before we expected it.

I did wonder what all the hype was about reading the reviews for this hosepipe but now I get it! It’s fantastic and the quality couldn’t be better. Brass not plastic fittings and it doesn’t twist or link at all.

However I have received the hose and it looks great however due to UK Rain have only used it twice so on these occasions it works well - lets hope that it keeps going longer than the last hose I had which only lasted 1 Year so really a little too soon to give you an honest report

Early days but the hose seems very robust. It extends and retracts quickly and there are absolutely no leaks from any of the connections. I like the fact that the connections are well made in brass. I have yet to discover how durable it will be but with care and safe storage in the winter I am optimistic it will serve me well. I would recommend this hose.

On reflection I should have purchased the 150ft hose as I am not happy with a joined 2 100ft .
I have used one of the hoses and everything is working fine, I have not even opened the second 100ft hose yet because of the joining the two.

Really (and surprisingly) very impressed with my hose!
It’s well-made and the fixtures are good quality. Best bit is though that it’s absolutely kink- and snag-proof, and it all tidies up into a lovely little bundle with no fuss.

Not being so agile/mobile nowadays these are great! Light weight and space saving these are brilliant hosepipes - more manageable and so easy to recoil, unlike the old traditional ones but still tough enough to get the job done.
