Not what I ordered in the first place, but they ended up being out of order, so the team recommended this brand to me. Honestly a really enjoyable product. Slightly on the sweeter side but not so much so that it's just gross. I don't feel any bloating or uncomfortable gassiness which is a bonus, highly recommended

I use a Nutribullet and fill with a 1/4 crushed Ice and here you can use 2% or Almond milk, just enough to cover the ice, then 2 scoops of chocolate or peanut butter cake, the next move is to top off with uncooked baby spinach or uncooked broccoli or both and mix throughly. Then you will do it everyday, ITS AWESOME, I PROMISE
