Prior to using Hostage Tape I would typically wake up 2 to 3 times a night and following day I was sluggish and tired. At first I was sure the taped was just like other. I could find myself sipping air through it and not getting a good seal. I was ready to return it. Dabbled in mouth taping with zero success..... Until I finally pulled the trigger on Hostage tape! Tape is comfortable, but also holds firmly. Even with a full beard, the tape is still pretty secure by the morning. Continuing to use the tape over time, I notice that I am actively breathing through my nose during normal life and I am even able to start nasal breathing during heavy physical activity! I plan on experimenting with using tape while exercising as well!

I personally don’t mouth breathe while I sleep so I am using mine during my workouts instead. Just like sleeping it’s important to nose breathe while working out. Weights isn’t too hard but hardest is during cardio. The nice thing about hostage tape is that in a pinch you can breathe through your mouth.

I'm an airway focused orthodontist in practice 25 yrs, not only do I wear these EVERY SINGLE night. I bought a hug supply for my practice to have out.
