Bought the nose strips for my son who is a D1 hockey player. He has a slight deviated septum and uses the nose strips at night for a better night sleep (more oxygen in through the nose!) He sometimes wears them for practices, workouts or game days. He also utilizes the mouth strips for sleep support. Definitely aides in his rest and recovery.

The nose strips legit work. You get way more air/oxygen and your recovery will be better. If you have to choose, just go for the nose strips. If you fall asleep with your mouth closed, and nose breathing, mission accomplished.

I absolutely love the mouth tape. I haven't tried other types of mouth tape, so I don't have anything to compare, but it stays put and has been great to help with nose breathing through the night. I have noticed my sleep has been even better than usual as well. I would highly recommend. Also, customer service was amazing and prompt with a question I had.

I have a deviated septum and these help me breath at night while I sleep. They work better that the original breath strips. A little more expensive but worth it when you need to breath.

Having read Breath by James Nestor I had tabled in mouth taping with limited success. Made the jump to Mouth Tape and have been blown away by the difference. Sleeping all night with tape on and Whoop recovery is proving the positive impact it has. Tad rough on the beard/tach but not unbearable.lol

Hostage tape has been life changing! For the last few years I was waking up multiple times a night with insanely dry mouth. Having used this every night for the last week+ I would say that hostage tape is a good product. It stays in place despite my beard and mustache and is just breathable enough should the need arise.

I love these. I have used nasal strips both medicated and unmedicated and never had much luck. I cannot breathe through my left nostril well and causes me to breathe through my mouth. I find these are beefier and stronger to help open my nose and keep it opened all night long. Remove it in the morning with little adhesive residue and no pain. GREAT PRODUCT! I use this with mouth tape and my bipap.

It works! I thought these might be uncomfortable or difficult to keep on throughout the night but I was wrong. I wake up momentarily forgetting I'm got it on. Keeps me breathing through my nose throughout the night. Didn't eliminate my snoring issues but it's a less and not as noisy.

I use these for running. I don’t seem to need them when sleeping with mouth tape on. They work and that’s all I need them to do. They stick to my nose even when I sweat and they certainly hold my nose open. I’ve done some long runs 1:30-2 hours and they work great. I will keep using them.

Hi Hostage tape team the nose strips are great able to breathe easily with the strips on. But after about a week of using them the skin on my nose started to dry out so I assume it had something to do with the adhesive used had reaction with my skin type. Unfortunately I had to using them.

I’ve been reading about and thinking about trying to tape my mouth shut at night as well as encouraging my family to try it. However, I never really did anything. Using hostage tape seemed so easy so I bought a month supply. The first few nights were hard, but after that I felt so much more rested. Comfortable. Stays stuck to my husband's goatee. Its breathable. As for the the wife next to him...he was so quiet that I had to check to see if he was ok the first night 🤣 It's working so far, no snoring or me waking him up to tell him to roll over. Nasal breathing is a healthier way to breathe even if there wasn't snoring. So we are happy so far. A great product, well worth the money.

I've taped my mouth for several months prior to trying hostage tape. I used to tape with various medical grade tapes, both cloth and paper, and found those irritating to remove and funky to wear. I love the hostage tape. It breathes, so the moisture that would lead to that funky feeling is just not there. The tape is flexible, making it very comfortable. I am a convert.

Works perfectly, exactly what I needed. I wear a nose breathing APAP machine for my Sleep Apnea and this goes on easy, stays on all night, and I don't have to shave my face every night to make sure it sticks properly. Much better than what I was using before (Somnifix) and more affordable too.

Highly recommend, it’s the only thing that actually stops snoring, and improve your sleep quality. I’m very impressed with the adhesive they use as you can remove and reapply the tape multiple times, in case you need to drink some water. Also, you’re not gonna die, I promise. I wake up even if my nose is just slightly stuffy and it’s harder to breathe.
