I’m currently a week in on 75 Hard I fast 16:8 and it keeps my appetite at bay and energy levels high up until 2pm when I have my first meal. I also take out 1hr prior to my Rugby league games the energy level is so much higher than it used to be prior to taking Hercules. Passion melon is my favourite flavour YUMM!!

Great Products!!!! I have already purchased burn of the gods lime and thought I would give another flavour a go. I do like lime more than mixed berry but still quite nice to drink and shreds the fat off.
This time I have also purchased pump of the gods to try and limit the stim pre workouts. Will give this one a go tomorrow, I'm sure it won't disappoint.
