The refurbished S10e phone was advertised as 'pristine' and it was exactly as described. No marks on it at all. It was supplied with a cable which was somewhat thin and only allowed a slow charge, so I use another. Delivery was quick and able to track (I think). As most would be, I was sceptical on what the condition of the phone would be when it arrived, there was no need to worry as the phone was in very good condition. There are a couple of very minor blemishes, overall it was better than I expected.
