It was like a brand new phone. Works perfectly and I was up and running in under 30 minutes. There are always worries about buying second hand phones but if this is anything to go by then go for it. I did a lot of research before buying and for price and customer reviews you will find it very difficult to better. There are always negative comments about items purchased on the web but in this instance I would have no hesitation about purchasing from this company again.

Condition better than expected from description. Works well, battery lasting longer than my previous windows phone. I'm gradually getting used to the iPhone software, & making sure that the silent switch is in correct position, its too easy to inadvertently switch to silent mode.

Handtec emailed me and politely suggested how to use settings whoops! they know their stuff. Excellent site with a great choice of phones. Being a technophobe I have just moved from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 7. Love the way you can copy all your data and settings across from one phone to the other now. I was dreading trying to replicate my old phone manually. The phone its self is in excellent condition. You would think it was new and the performance and battery life is massively more impressive then my old phone. Fast and efficient service too. Love it!

Great speedy service from HandTec - had the phone for a few weeks now and am loving it. It arrived in great condition, pretty much flawless and has been a joy to use. The screen is fantastic, the 120Hz refresh rate is really noticeable when going back an older phone and the OS is a nice, 'light-touch' version of Android without too much OnePlus guff cluttering up the place. Excellent service from handtec. Phone was better than advertised. Not a mark or a blemish and battery was at 94% which seems reasonable for a two year old phone. Delivery was spot on, a few hours literally from order. All well packed and ready to go. Would suggest if you looking for an iPhone and you don't want to spend a lot on a brand new one, then check out handtec, there are some bargains to be had.
