It arrived in the original box and with the original charger and cable. Everything was in pristine condition. Also, I was not charged for delivery so that was an added bonus. The phone I bought was excellent value and excellent condition. My only concern was the way it was packaged ( plastic bag, bubble wrap and wrapped in cardboard. Thankfully it didn't hurt the phone, but saying that I would certainly use Handtec again Many thanks

I am really pleased with the phone I purchased from Handtec. Described as “good” condition, there are a few blemishes on the body but the screen is perfect. I have a case and screen protector on now so it looks like a brand new phone. Everything works perfectly!

Great experience with Handtec... Much better than blackmarket IMO. Might have been luck but I ordered a phone from backmarket which was in the cheapest category of used however it wasn't great. - I then reordered with handtec for the same price and I got an amazing quality z flip 5.

Very pleased with my new phone after experiencing a problem setting the phone up. After transferring over my details from my old phone my new one would not swipe!! After waiting for the battery to fully charged I still experienced the problem. When taking advice from the internet I did an enforced closure which once I switched back on it worked. I have put this slight problem down to rushing in and not fully charging the phone at the start.
