As with all online purchases there is that little frisson of apprehension as to whether the product description from the service provider meets the clients expectations. I am therefore extremely happy to report that my urn bracelet was delivered exactly as described, does what it is supposed to do and looks great. These lightweight gold earrings are really comfortable. They shine from front and back of the earring. Bought the 21mm size and they show off nicely and hang straight! LOVE them!!!

Runs small, so size up. While it cost a lot to return, the return was processed quickly and we received the bracelet a half size bigger less than a month after returning it! My husband loves it!

I waited to leave a review because I needed to let the chain marinate on my neck for a few weeks. 1. Definitely high quality, I’m allergic to nickel and other metals that are usually mixed in jewelry. No tarnishing, or itching, or burning. 2. I have curly hair, and it hasn’t gotten snagged once. Truly impressive. And, I’ve showered with the chain multiple times with no issues. 3. Lol it’s steel. It will get cold, it will get hot. Be mindful. 4. Looks suuuuper cute!

Bracelet is very well made and quite stylish. I did measure my wrist and ordered accordingly, but the bracelet was a little on the snug side when I received it. Since I’m in the USA, it was going to be close to 100.00 to ship it back for a different size. I have since tried it on again, and I’m getting comfortable with the snug fit. I have already received a few compliments, and I’ve only been wearing it a few days. I would definitely recommend The Steel Shop.

This is actually my second Tri-Tone Minimalist Bracelet. I love the delicateness of this bracelet. I wore the first one for a couple weeks here and there and it help up wonderfully with daily wear. Unfortunately, one of the three strands broke. However, it was still covered by the warranty and The Steel Shop replaced it with a brand new one with zero issues. I was really quite impressed with how smoothly the replacement went. I will (and have) shopped here again.

Simple and clean - just my style. I’m very active and don’t like to constantly don and remove jewelry so the stainless is perfect. Seems sturdy, too: I’ve had it on for workouts, biking, and a little construction and it’s been totally fine.
