Great shipping time. Really nice bracelet. My husband loves it. Would have given 5 stars but the clasp is off. The lobster clasp is shorter than the claw causing a gap in the clasp itself which mean it could become unattached easily. I would like to have a better one installed. My bracelet was perfect no issues at all with that one.

I had the bracelet engraved with a Bible verse to give to my son as a confirmation gift. He loves it and gets lots of compliments on it. I like that the engraving is on the inside of the bracelet - makes it feel more personal. I plan to buy the same one again, this time for my older son with our house coordinates engraved on the bracelet as a parting gift as he heads off to college.

I bought this stainless steel 2.5 mm 24” chain as an alternative to several sterling silver chains of the same diameter and general length. The stainless steel doesn’t tarnish and require polishing like the sterling silver and I can wear it in the shower, pool, etc. without worry. I also love that both ends have the solid bar with jump rings and a lobster claw closure. Great chain! My only complaint is that that they don’t make it in the 26” length in the 2.5 mm diameter.

We had ordered the bracelet for our son's high school graduation. It broke after just a couple of months and after minimal wear. There had to have been a manufacturing defect. Customer service was apologetic and quickly responsive and arranged for a replacement to be sent ASAP. We were pleased with the attention to our situation and how quickly it was resolved. The quality of the necklace and engraving is far beyond what I was expecting for the price. The Urn itself is slightly smaller than I thought it would be but considering the weight I wouldnt want it much larger anyway.
