I almost choked with the sharp broken piece as illustrated in the picture. Luckily I managed to remove it from my throat before it gets too deep in. This is absolutely unacceptable for an established brand like yours to have produced such a bad quality product. FYI, I only feel water at room temperature or cold water. Never dropped my tumbler before. further more I have purchased this tumbler only about 6month ago!!!!
