I ordered one matt and one gloss, the staff were really helpful and responded quickly, I also sent a custom file so that the red cat would have a yellow border and custom cut lines. The stickers were great! Very durable and thick. My only suggestion would be a way to make it easier to peel the backing off. That being said, not one of our stickers was damaged in any way while peeling the backing off, we just needed a little patience.
