This is my first Masterclass project of Lisa Pay’s. I have followed her for several years on Pay It Forward but never thought that Masterclass was for me. I loved “Strudel” since the first time I saw her a few years ago, so when Lisa started her Website I thought “Strudel, here I come” and it has been an awesome adventure. Lisa’s patterns are “spot-on” and her tutorials are wonderful. Now, I need to pick my next Masterclass!!

First ever masterclass project after a year of enjoying many of Lisa’s other patterns. This was truly the most enjoyable and educational make I have ever completed. Even though I decided on Sherpa opposed to the beautiful mohair, (too worried about wasting it if it was a failure) I am happy with the result. Accessing the pattern was easy and straightforward. I’ll post a picture when I’ve tackled this handsome fellow x Well this is my bear, I’m calling it a prototype as I’ve only made him from scrap material to make sure I could do it, before I cut into my late husbands dressing gown. I found the hand sewing a little difficult as I have arthritis, but I think he turned out quite well.

I used the White Rabbit pattern to make Peter Rabbit. This pattern is so versatile I'm thinking about making a pink rabbit next. The video tutorials are absolutely fantastic! It really is the best way to learn. This my 1st time using thermoplastic for the ears. It was so easy to use and I can't wait to see what else I can make with it. It was only my second time needle felting but Lisa's video is fantastic at taking you through it step by step.

I made 2 Robin foxes. Gave one to my daughter so had to make one for myself. They were fantastic to make. The bow and arrows and hat just completed them perfectly. I absolutely loved making the white rabbit. The video tutorial was excellent and easy to follow. This pattern fits together perfectly. Prior to making this I was nervous about sculping the face and using the joints as this was new to me. I followed Lisa's tips and advice and it was much easier than I thought. So I would definitely recommend this pattern to develop your skills of soft sculpture. I'm looking forward to making this rabbit again and style it to an Easter theme.
